How does the free trial work?
14 days of full access with no credit card. At the end, you decide whether to stay or go, with no commitment.
What if I have more properties?
A per-property fee applies automatically for each extra property: +€9 on Starter, +€7 on Pro (up to 50) and +€5 on Agency. You can also switch plans at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime from your settings. The change is immediate and billing is prorated to the day.
Can I cancel?
Yes, there's no commitment. Cancel from your settings and keep access until the end of your paid period.
Are there fees on payments?
Security deposits and direct payments through your connected Stripe account have no Boostinghost service fee. Only Stripe's own fees (~1.5%) apply, charged directly to your account.
Bookings made through BHGuest (our direct booking platform) carry a 3% service fee, because we bring the booking channel and handle the guest payment.
If you use Boostinghost's Stripe account (without connecting your own), a 3% fee applies to transactions. We recommend connecting your own Stripe account from your settings.
Am I an owner or a property manager?
Every plan works for both. Owner invoicing (the property manager toolkit) is included from the Pro plan up.
